Liz Bradley is a native New Mexican, who relocated to Fort Worth, Texas in 2012. Her professional resume includes a variety of professional stills. She has had the pleasure and unique opportunity of living abroad and traveling throughout the world.
She took a traditional approach to education and received her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from the University of New Mexico. She is currently pursuing a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction from Brown University.
Liz discovered at an early age she had healing abilities. She got certified in Shiatsu at nineteen years old. She was interested in alternative healing. As she was attending the University of New Mexico, she became a Usui Reiki level 1 and 2. The COVID-19 pandemic inspired her to get tuned up with Holy Fired Reiki levels 1 & 2.
She got certified as a Co-Active Coach. She has worked as a Life Coach for years. She has used her coaching and intuitive skills in every “J.O.B.” she has had.
Liz stepped away from her healing pathway. She ignored the call of healing. She didn’t want to be one of those Woo-Woo’s. As she moved to Texas, she thought she had put those parts of her in the closet.
After personally struggling with grief, she stepped into her current role as a healer. She uses her natural connection to angels and/or spirit guides to help guide her as she works on you. She was guided by a dream to learn how to read Angel Cards. She ignored the dream. Then was hit on the head by her guides. She started reading about angel messages by accident with a book someone left in her office, as a college Career Advisor.
She discovered the power of sound bathing during a personal experience while suffering from anxiety due to grief. Sound bathing is a deeply immersive, full-body experience that uses sound to invite a powerful but restorative way to nurture your body and mind. She began training to learn more about it, and how to do it, and began using it in her work. She is certified by The Complementary Medical Association in Sound Healing: Level 1 & Sound Healing: Level 2.
Liz offers in-person and virtual sessions as her schedule allows it.
What is a Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. Reiki is a healing technique where energy is channeled by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Some of the physical and emotional benefits of Reiki include promoting relaxation, relief from physical and emotional pain, a calmer mind and body, the release of stress and tension, and a rebalance of energy.
- What to Expect
A Reiki treatment is offered in a quiet setting while you are sitting or lying down, fully clothed. A trained Reiki practitioner uses a gentle touch or or just above the body to help guide the flow of energy. This energy flow enhances the body’s ability to heal itself.
Distant Reiki sessions can be done. The recipient and Reiki practitioner agree on a time beforehand and the person receiving simply needs to sit or lie down for the specific moment. Distant healings are ideal for those who don’t live in the area or for other reasons like a “pandemic”.
What is an Intuitive Co-active Coaching
Co-active Coaching is where the coach asks the client powerful questions, listens and empowers to elicit the skills and creativity a client already possesses, rather than instruct or advise. Co-active Coaches help people to develop their lives in a way they can envision.
Intuitive Coaching is an approach that develops deep connections between body, mind, and spirit using emotional and spiritual healing methods.
Intuitive Co-active Coaching is the collaboration between the two methods to help clients move through the process that they are currently going through with the help of these two methods.
What is a Sound Bathing
A sound bath is a meditative experience where those that attend are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by different instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums, rattles, tuning forks. Most sound baths combine a mix of these different instruments to give off different frequencies or vibrations.This process helps change the energy of participants to create changes in the body.
Participants typically lie on the floor or sit in a chair, while listening to a variety of sounds with various musical instruments in order to create a relaxing, meditation experience for participants.

What is an Angel Card Reading
An Angel Card Reading is a method of receiving guidance using oracle cards. The angel card reading begins when a reader receives guidance from the Angels. Readings can take place in person, over the phone, or by virtual. Cards are drawn from a deck and the reader shares the intuitive guidance and the card meaning.
- What to Expect
Angel Cards don’t predict the future. That is a misconception that some individuals have. When I do angel card readings I pay attention to what the meaning of the card is. But, I use my intuitive feelings, voices, or visions in my mind. I pay attention to the signs and am still learning to trust them. I pull three cards or seven cards during my angel card readings.
They accurately reflect what’s going on in a client’s life, especially when they haven’t fully accepted situations themself. This gives individuals the license to make their own decisions. After all, nothing is set in stone, the future is something you can create yourself.
What is a Spiritual Cleansing
Spiritual cleansing is a type of energy healing that focuses on identifying and clearing out the spiritual cause or reason for problems, challenges and even physical ailments in a space. Much like physically cleaning your house or space, spiritual space clearing is just as important for your space or home’s wellness. The space usually feels much lighter afer a clearing and at the same time feels more grounded.

"My mother had been so healthy until she took the third Covid vaccination. First, it started from her hearing issues, and then her vision began to be weak. She was a skilled stained glass creator. She creates house windows and lamps for individuals. She also had a lot of students and enjoyed instructing them. It was like a snowball reaction; her normal physical capabilities started failing and called the next failure, and so on. In the end, she was diagnosed with a rare sickness, Sercidosys. Due to this diagnosis, she needed pacemaker surgery. Then, my peaceful and happy daily life dived into the dark shadow. So, I decided to call Liz, my good friend in Fort Worth, Texas.
